Ingredients

2 shots Dry Gin

1 shot Johnnie Walker Black

3 drops Angostura bitters

4 dessert spoons Elderflower cordial

2 shots Pink tonic

2 shots Soda water

1 Fresh strawberry

1 Pink rose petal

1 Orange twist

Served on ice in a sturdy tumbler.

Method

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, whisky and elderflower cordial. Stir three times. Transfer this into your tumbler filled with ice.

Measure out the soda water and tonic in a jug and pour this over the gin mix. Finish off with 3 drops of Angostura and rub the rim of the glass with the orange twist.

Garnish with a strawberry and pink rose petal arrangement.
